Is there no stopping our very own in-house fitness fanatic and her one-woman quest to be TDH's Charity Triathlon Queen?

It seems not.

Last Saturday (24 September) Nicky completed her 2016 triathlon of charity challenges by getting a wriggle on in Swim Serpentine, a one-mile, mass-participation swim in London's Serpentine lake in Hyde Park.

Earlier this year she took part in Ride the Night's 104k nocturnal cycle around London, and also the Great North Run's Half Marathon (13 miles).

Nicky has raised over £2000 for various cancer charities, and is blinged up to her gums as a result, as you can see.

Well done, Nicky - we are all so proud of you. You'll probably leave the TDH team standing in next year's challenge: Race the Sun Isle of Wight 2017. All in a good cause!
