Everyone is polite and helpful. The treatment is always explained fully. It is always administered with great care. The surgery is very well run. Reception are always most helpful. I came today in an emergency that happened while I was away on holiday. I was given the next possible appointment when I phoned. I am always able to park the car!

As a very nervous patient , due to a previous and very traumatic experience at another dentist practise , I had not been brave enough to go to a dentist for a long time . I was greeted by Sharon and Helen who immediately put me at ease . Edward and his dental nurse were patient and understanding of my needs . So pleased I had this visit a very good decision !

I have a 5 and 3 year old, managing children in such situations can be unpredictable. This dental service goes above and beyond to tailor it accordingly to their age. The appointment is adapted to their needs, such as checking the boys toys/teddies teeth as well, making it a safe and comfortable environment. We talk about Anya the dentist at home when brushing our teeth, and ensuring we clean the nasty bits away, my boys feel very safe and comfortable coming here and they don’t ‘worry’ about the experience. I believe this is credit to all the staff, including those at reception who greet my boys and interact with them whilst we wait. Thank you for making this a stress free experience, ensuring my children grow up understanding the importance of cleaning our teeth and dental care.

Staff are amazing. I could of fallen asleep in the dentists chair. Had a couple of fillings and didn't feel a thing. Completely pain free.
