The friendliness of the staff and how they put an anxious patient at ease, with their calm informative approach. Anya made me feel safe. I could raise my hand at anytime for a break, the treatment was unrushed. The outcome exceeded my expectations.

Always friendly and helpful. They explain things in layman's terms so I easily understand what is happening. They also fully explain the cost and send me an email to confirm what we have agreed.

The dentists always take their time to examine and explain everything to you. The reception team are very welcoming and helpful.

The whole team, from the reception staff to the dental nurse, dentist and hygienist where friendly and welcoming. Each one in turn explained in detail what procedures they were going to be doing using language which I could understand and relate to. As soon as you walk into the practice there is a very calm atmosphere and it is carried throughout by all the staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting.

My experience so far with attending Titchfield Dental Health is one of complete satisfaction. All of the staff are friendly, nice and caring and highly professional, in my experience. Also, there is never any pressure felt to take any particular treatment, as they seem to care most about you receiving the right treatment where needed and only if recommending a treatment is necessary for your wellbeing or in the case of cosmetic reasons there is also never any pressure, just advice and options. My thanks to Rick Norton today for sorting an ongoing traumatised tooth of mine. I wasn't expecting it to be that easy but I am now pain free. Thank you Rick.

A brilliant dentists, from the friendly reception staff who make you feel like an old friend, to the fantastic dental nurses and finally the super dentists. Have had 3 dental implants and they all went really well, no issues at all, in fact was traipsing round London two days after the last one with no bother at all. Great place and have been a patient there for more years than I now care to remember…

This is by far the best dental practice I have been to. As someone who has always had a fear of the dentist, I am always made to feel welcome and safe. Anya takes extra care to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have recently had braces and the results are amazing, I am super happy with everything. Anya and Jenny have made the whole experience a positive one for me. And Ruth has taken extra care and time to make me feel more comfortable when I’m in my hygienist appointment. First time meeting Anya. Really very professional - explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what was happening all the way through the procedure, with clear commentary. Also really very sympathetic to the fact that I am a nervous patient and went to great efforts to keep me informed and calm.A great effort also made to make sure that I got a good outcome, with so much care place on checking and testing to see if all was ok - really very patient and helpful.
